| Intro to Biotech/Biofuels |
This science initiative was set into motion to meet the needs of area employers in the provision of biofuels and biotechnology education. Working together with high schools and providing training and equipment for advancing student interests and skills, the course "Intro to Biofuels/Biotechnology" was developed. Schools interested in pursuing the training and offering the course were given equipment designed to follow the labs and topics discussed in the workshop that they attended.
