Iowa Association of Water Agencies is the coordinating
entity while the steering committee is made up of several
associations and agencies; U.S. Geological Survey, Des
Moines Area Community College, University of Northern Iowa,
Des Moines Water Works, Iowa Groundwater Association,
America Water Works Association and Iowa Rural Water
