Competition Days  Iowa Central Community College's Career and Technical Programs host a Competition Day on the Iowa Central Campus every year in the spring. In each program, area students participating in a dual credit class take a written test prior to competition day. This test is created and graded by an Iowa Central instructor and they work with the high school instructors to determine the contestants. During competition day, students compete in related areas in hands-on activities. Competition day is a way to assure that the students in the high school dual credit classes are learning the appropriate materials in an applied atmosphere.
