| Standards-based Communication Technology Education Units on the Achievement of Selected Standards for Math, Science, and Technological Literacy by Middle and High School Students |
This research will focus on the four communications
technology units of instruction. 1) A unit that explores
Internet and webpage technologies. 2) A unit that explores
electronic imaging. 3) A unit that explores desktop
publishing. 4) A unit that explores digital video. These
instruments will be measured by means of pretest and
posttest content knowledge. Conclusions will be based on
inferential statistical methods on the administered
Criterion-referenced tests data provided by students' scores
in science, mathematics, and technology content. An analysis
of data will ascertain the variables that influence
students scores.
