| Math Progress Monitoring |
The Math Progress Monitoring project is involved in developing and evaluating progress monitoring measures for grades K-8. Working in Iowa elementary and middle schools, the project involves examining the technical adequacy of brief assessments that can be used for screening students (to identify those who may be in need of supplemental instruction) and for progress monitoring to evaluate the effectiveness of instruction. Current activities are focused on measures for Kindergarten and Grade 1, as well as measures for middle school mathematics.
