DIVA Tech  DIVA Tech is designed to encourage females to pursue fields in math, science, and technology career paths. This program targets middle school girls in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. They spend 3 days on campus and complete a variety of activities, such as building solar cars, building picnic tables, making bio-diesel, and learning about electricity all in a hands on lab atmosphere. The focus is to get the girls exposed and interested in technical fields and to get a sense of confidence and a realization that they are capable of pursuing a career in these fields where they would be considered a non-traditional employee.
